• Meeting and Planning (in-person or by phone): We’ll conduct a needs analysis that includes routes, stops, waiting zones and communication channels, to name a few.
• Recommendations Made: Your itinerary (reports and route plans) are entered into our system making modifications and confirmations easy. We can store unlimited stops and names, as well as chauffeur, office, dispatch comments and more.
• Rides Handled: Chauffeurs are assigned 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled ride. They are provided with their license number and batches and if needed, with an on-site dispatcher who has direct access to the reservation system, traffic coordinators, equipment transport, individual or a group vehicle and on-demand vehicles.
• Receipts and Invoices: We can create customized reporting and billing separated by event, department, employee, type, etc.
